How long does it take to ship my order?

Please allow 5-10 business days to process orders. Once orders have been processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipment and a tracking number via United States Postal Service. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Simply put, Yes!!!

How much is shipping? 

Shipping within the USA is FREE!

International Shipping is a flat rate of $10

Do you offer Free Shipping?

International orders over $200 ship FREE!!!

What is the return/exchange policy?

Items must be in NEW and unused condition, as determined by Rose & Jo

 

Exchanges will be shipped at your costs. Original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded. 

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

Sales are final on discounted items and cannot be returned. 

What happens if I don't receive my package?

If the package was sent to the address that the customer provided and was not delivered it is not the responsibility of the sender to correct the matter. We will not refund your purchase.

If the package gets returned we will send you an email and handle it on a case by case basis.

Every item is measured by hand. Please see the size charts on each of the individual items prior to purchasing to ensure you are choosing the right size.
